Gerald joined TForce Logistics/ AC Final Mile in January 2019 as Vice President National Accounts and Operational Support. Gerald’s focus is on maximizing the customer experience. Process standardization, training and development along with service level measurement will be the levers used to improve the customer experience.
Gerald has 30 years of experience within the sameday/final mile market in leadership roles in operations, sales and other customer facing roles in Loomis, Security Express, Dynamex and SCI. Gerald enjoys spending time with family and travelling and is a committed Toronto Maple Leaf fan.
